About Redeemer Reformed
A church plant rooted in the historic Reformed faith, planted in the heart of northern Nevada.
Our story
Redeemer Reformed Church Plant is a grassroots effort to establish a faithful, confessional Reformed congregation in the Metropolitan Reno, Nevada area.
We believe the Reno area needs a church that is unashamed of the historic Reformed faith — one that preaches the whole counsel of God, administers the sacraments faithfully, and exercises loving discipline according to Scripture.
We are in the early stages of gathering a core group of believers who share this vision. If you are hungry for depth, doctrine, and real gospel community, we would love to meet you.
Our distinctives
Word-centered worship
Our worship is shaped by Scripture — reverent, joyful, and God-centered. We believe the regulative principle of worship: that we worship God as He has commanded, not as we invent.
Expository preaching
We are committed to preaching through books of the Bible, letting the text set the agenda, and applying the whole counsel of God to daily life.
Covenant community
We believe the church is a covenant community — families and individuals discipled together, bearing one another's burdens, and growing in grace.
Confessional integrity
We subscribe to the Three Forms of Unity without reservation, believing that confessional standards protect the church and connect us to the broader Reformed tradition.

Canons of Dort
